WATER FIGHTS!!!

I can't wait till I am big enough to spray Grandpa with the hose. We played outside after dinner in the driveway with the hose for a long time. It may be cold, but I belly laugh everytime they spray me.

OUTSIDE FUN

After a big Sunday dinner at Grandma & Grandpa Johnson's house, it was finally time to go outside and play. I think I am supposed to pull this toy, but since I don't walk, we decided I could go for a ride in it. Grandma Johnson gets out all the toys for me to play with, but I think the water hose is still my favorite.

POOL PARTY AT MY HOUSE!!!

I think there is only room for one more, but I love my new pool. Daddy said it was not warm enough, but mommy insisted (maybe I was shivering a little, but I was having so much fun in my 2 inches of water). My first kiddie pool party was fun. I can't wait for another hot summer day.

YUMMY WATERMELON !!!!

I had my first taste of watermelon over at Grandma and Grandpa Johnson's house a couple of weeks ago. Mommy wanted me to hold this huge piece for a picture, but Daddy had to help me out.

MY FIRST INJURY

I know that you can't see it that well, but Mommy didn't catch me in time, and while I was sitting on the kitchen counter at Grandma Henwood's house, I fell over and hit my head on a bowl. Do you see it ? I have a small pink mark above my right eye. (It was gone in a few hours) Mommy felt bad, and even worse that it was first visible injury :(

Daddy's softball team made me my own team jersey. I have the same # on the back as he does.

MY FIRST BALLGAME

My cousin Dylan is playing T-Ball this year. This was officially my first "ballgame," if that is what you call a T-ball game. I was not very interested in the game. (Don't worry Dad, if it was the Tigers playing I would be fully attentive).

AHHHHHH, THE SMELL OF LEATHER!!!!!!!

I had my first experience with brand new leather. Uncle Dusten got a new baseball glove for his birthday and I loved checking it out. I only drooled on it a little bit!!! I can't wait until my first glove.

MY 1ST SWING

This is my first time in my new swing. My Uncle Troy got me this for Christmas. We don't have any low limbs in our backyard, but we do have an old clothes line pole, it works great!!!! It looks really funny to see me swinging from it.

The Easter Bunny brought me all sorts of stuff. I got a lot of new books, new plate, and a new sippy cup.(Daddy told Mommy that it was not a fun Easter basket, and next year he gets to pick out the goods!!!!) The bunny also brought me a new swimming pool, and a few new toys over at Grandma Michelle and Great Grandma Mick's house. I was really interested in the grass that went inside the Easter basket. (anything that is not a toy, right?)

Maybe I am losing my touch, but Claire was not into me this day. Maybe because she is older, busy crawling, or maybe she found a new boyfriend???

JUNGLE JOE'S

I got invited to my first birthday party. It was my friend A.J's 2nd birthday party at Jungle Joe's. He is a lot older than me, and I am not big enough for this cool place yet, so Mommy took me down one slide.

BAPTISM

I got baptized while Grandpa Mike was here for a visit. Here is my cake that Grandma Michelle got me, it says "Blessings for Maverick." I did such a good job. Pastor Greg likes to use a lot of water (cold water too!!), but I did awesome. I never cried.

GRANDPA MIKE

I finally got to see Grandpa Mike in person. He has been in Iraq, and this is the first time we got to see each other. He couldn't believe how big I am. I was sad he was only here for a little bit, but he will be back in July for another visit.

SOOOOOOOOOO SLEEPY!!!!!

WERE WERE SO NERVOUS!!!! THE STEELERS WON THE YEAR DADDY WAS BORN TOO, 30 YEARS AGO!!!

1ST BASKETBALL GAME

ME AND MOMMY WENT WITH AUNT KRISTA AND CLAIRE TO THE MATTAWAN ALUMNI BASKETBALL GAME. WE STAYED AND WATCHED THE JV GAME TOO. MY BOTTOM LIP WOULD PUCKER EVERY TIME THE BUZZER WENT OFF!!!! BUT I LOVED THE ACTION ON THE COURT. CLAIRE AND I WERE WELL BEHAVED.
